Yes, you can. You need to meet the following requirements: 1) GRE : 158(740)Q, 146(400)V, 3.5 (A) 2) 3.4 Undergraduate GPA 3) 89 TOEFL or 6.5 IELTS (I'm not as familiar, willing to pause on that) 4) Three letters of recommendation
