Hy Milind, Since your percentage score is less therefore chances are thin to get MANIT. But keep on eye to other colleges as well or you could also prepare and write JEE test again for engineering entrance colleges.

JoSAA has declared cutoff of 54.01 for SC category. Your percentile is 53 due to this, I am afraid you will not be able to register on their website and hence no admission in any NIT etc. Your chance could be in the college of your state if your state has assigned the status of CET to JEE Mains.
