May i know is there any procedure to get 1 .Because i have got 299 out of 500 in cbse.And i am not being able to sit in any company.Help me.

Sir i have given exam from jehanabad,Bihar.I have got 299 out of 500 which is 59.8 in 60% in CBSE exam held in 2009.I did not know that its going be a problem in my future.I am not being able to sit in most of the company due to this misfortune.Is there any procedure to get 1 or 2 marks grace.
