may i know some good universities in USA for Master's in CS(preferably Artificial intelligence or Software engineering)

I completed my graduation with 55.40% in computer tech from YCCE college,Nagpur. I want to pursue MS in CS(preferably AI or SE).My GRE score(revised) is 305.5 and TOEFL score is 106.I would like to know the best options of universities available for me and if any dual degree options are available.
