There is no specific cut off as mentioned by the college ,it's somewhere between 80-85%.
For 1year courses which are conducted in college you could visit the website -

Cutoff varies in range of 80-85 percentile, but welingkar also looks at your profile, then GD and PI.
No there is no one year diploma program, only part time courses are there.
