JoSAA is a body which conducts the counselling process for various NITS, IITS, IIITS, and GFTIS on the basis of JEE Mains and JEE advance rank.
  • JoSAA stands for joint seat allocation authority. It has been set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate the joint seat allocation for admissions to 100 institutes which includes IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. With your JEE scores, you need to enroll for the admission process under this JoSAA which would allot the seats based on your scores. The official website is www.josaa.nic.in.
