..i am a 3 year civil engineering holder after 10+2 with 2years of work experience.am i eligible for doing MBA through distance or anyway?

No, Min. qualification for MBA is graduation with any stream.

Basic eligibility for MBA is Graduation / 10+2+3 with 50% marks.
