    Hello David,
    MBA stresses on building soft skills, which is one of the most important life skill. If after MBA someone joins a job in the same domain as her engineering degree, they gain respect of others and become productive and effective much faster.

    Hello! Yes, an MBA after engineering is a pretty good option since one can acquire sound business acumen and managerial skills to complement the technical skills already possessed. Such an individual proves to be an asset in the corporate world. Hence, an MBA (only from a reputed college) is totally worth it.
