Management is a combination of various streams. Sociology is also a part of management education. So you may meet principles of sociology while you learn MBA. HR is so closely related to sociology, any way!!!

MBA after any undergrad course is a good idea provided you want to shift your career to the management side or open a company of your own. MBA gives you in depth knowledge about business administration and teaches you what exactly management is.
