Hi,choosing an institution is a big task. As it will be a step in building your career,try to avoid haste decisions. There are certain points which cannot be left aside like the recognition of the college,faculty,placements,etc to choose the best one for yourself. I would like to add here,in context to your query, PGCET is a regional entrance exam which is acceptable only in Karnataka and is conducted by VTU.
