Hiii Sonali, One of the most demanding Master Degree is MBA whether it could be of in any discipline. If you have Master Degree that too MBA with Finance means then it is equivalent to Finance and Accounts specialist. You can get higher level post in any reputed organization as long as you have at least two years of work experience in relevant Finance or Accounts department. Roughly we can say that MBA with Finance and Accounts is equivalent to Chartered Accountant provided that you are expert in overall Financial Reconciliation work. MBA with Finance has a great scope and I can suggest you to work for few years then do it your own practice. More and more students are joining the MBA-finance course today. Many young women now join the MBA Finance or HR.In a class of 70 students, you can see that more than 30-35 are girls. This is good as there will be a supply of more women in finance dept in future. The upside of doing the course is that you start at the managerial level in a company and report to the CEO or managing director. Finance department is the core department of any organization so the demand of finance professional is increasing as a result more and more students are opting for specialized degree in finance. You also get a chance to interact with the board of a company when very young. In addition, starting salaries are Rs 15,000 a month, though there have been students who have begun at Rs 30,000 or Rs 35,000 month. Also, at the national level, collaborations are on with countries like the UK and Malaysia which enable one to qualify in India and get exemptions so one can study/ get employment opportunities in those countries. I am tybfm student,I got 70% next yr wnt do mba in finance but i would like to go for symbiousis international university pune ,for tht SNAP enterance ,is this good choice or should go for IIM enternces,tht is CAT nd all.which is better option what should i do,or any other institute.sujjest

Yes Symbiosis is good choice if you can clear snap test , this is good choice after IIMS

Dear Sonali, IIM is the best but if u didn't get the rank keep other good options open for you.like Symbiosis, Welingkar, NIIMS, IMT etc.Appear for CAT as well as SNAP and MAT. after the tests join one which is best. Good Luck.!
