It is an internationally demanded qualification provided by the Institute of Management Accountants, USA and is considered equivalent to ICWA. After completing B.com, MBA in finance is a good option, however I would always suggest that before opting for any specialization students must first decide in which field they wish to build their career and accordingly they can select the best specialization as per their interest and liking.

I you have a degree from the A grade colleges in India then A MBA in finance holds good, as you are offered position more related to finance and analysis.
