MBA in HR or M.Sc in multimedia after b.tech Cse?

You can do MBA in HR as it has more scope and in order to enter the same profession. Some of the jobs that students with an MBA degree in HR Management can take include Compensation Manager, Manager of Employee Relations, HR Generalist, Technical Recruiter, Director of Staff, Placement Manager, Training and Relations Manager, Organisational Consultant, and more. I did my MBA at LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also add a lot to my career growth. M.Sc Multimedia after B.Tech CSE may not be a value add qualification. However if you want to make a career in few field you may go ahead with it. MBA HR is not related to your graduation degree. Unless you want career as HR specialist you may avoid MBA HR.

In my opinion, MBA in general management or Human Resource Management is also a good choice if one is planning to do an MBA after B.Tech. An MBA degree in finance, marketing will meet the needs of the candidates who expect to work in a managerial position.
