I will suggest you to do MBA in HR or any other specializations. The degree programme in Maters in Business Administration is one of the most jobs provider educational degree course in the world. I did MBA from Lovely Professional University. LPU is one of the best choices indeed. It provides for multiple industrial exposures, live projects, an updated curriculum rigor and technology along with very good placements and personality development. LPU is helping me grow professionally and personally with its career-oriented programs and support. The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business School

You can do MBA in HR as it has more scope and in order to enter the same profession. • The unanimous answer, by most of the post-graduates, was an MBA in Information Technology (IT) also known as IT & Systems across some universities. Basically, an MBA in IT involves management skills that work in tandem with academic computer Science skills mastered during engineering.

According to me, MBA in HR has very good scope in near future, and it also depends on your interest, as multimedia after B.Tech CSE is also good. But, here are some popular job titles that are seen in the field of HR management. HR Generalist. HR recruiter. HR specialist. Compensation Manager. Employee Relations Manager. Training and Development Manager. Change consultant. Technical Recruiter.

M.Sc Multimedia after B.Tech CSE may not be a value add qualification. However if you want to make a career in few field you may go ahead with it. MBA HR is not related to your graduation degree. Unless you want career as HR specialist you may avoid MBA HR.

An MBA in Human Resource Management is a highly in-demand postgraduate degree and mostly preferred by students. It does not matter which UG stream you had pursued. The only thing that matters is whether you are totally committed to make HR as your career. Moving beyond good interpersonal skills, the course provides students with the in-depth knowledge to recruit, select, train, evalu
