Shakti, MBA IT is a combination of software and administration where as MCA degree is purely related to software. MBA IT facilitates you to have administrative job in IT field. MCA degree helps you to get in to the role of software professional. If you want to come in Management Line then you can do MBA IT, if you want to stay in technical then choose MCA.

Look, MBA IT - here it is the combination of Business management and IT. Here, preference is given more to IT software engineer and BCA/MCA graduates. And if you do MCA and go to interview and if IT Software engineer comes there, then company gives advantage to IT software engineer. So, go for MBA IT instead of MCA. And packages also higher than MCA in MBA. Best of luck !
