MBA in Marketing vs MBA in HRM?

Hello,MBA specialization needs specific personality traits for excelling in the profession say if you are outspoken and like travelling, meeting people, take target pressure then Marketing could be a preference and if you are a peoples person wherein you like counselling people and act as an advisory and wants a desktop job bonded by rules & regulations then HRM. Hi, I'll recommend MBA in Marketing as there is a better scope of MBA in Marketing. Marketing itself is a vast field. After doing MBA in marketing, candidates can become sales executive or managers in reputed fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies like HUL or Marico industries, etc.
