MBA in media & entertainment or MBA in marketing?
Is there any institute that provides proper MBA in media or it is just a sub part of marketing? Please suggest something for the same.

MBA in Media & Entertainment is a more specialized field and your course curriculum would be more attuned to teaching you about this field/industry. I would suggest do a MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute. That is better as it does not narrow down your opportunities and gives you more options. However, if you are not getting into a very good institute and you are clear that you want to make career in the field of Media and Entertainment only, then you are better off doing the more specialized course.

Well an MBA in Media is a very rare option as Media is a different domain and MBA would be totally management related which would be again a totally different domain.
As rightly suggested by Mr.Prakash Sangam . and Mr.Neeraj Gupta735 you should go for either MBA Marketing or a PG in Media Studies.
Media being a very broad term has a lot to offer such as journalism, production, direction, cinematography, advertising etc. As it will be difficult for me to explain every category of Mass Comm to you in brief, I am providing you with few article links below, kindly refer to them to get a better idea.
