MBA in operation is only for student engineering backgound ? or non engineers have same scope in it ?

i am doing textile designing and want to do MBA in operation ... but people keep telling me its for engineers only .. guide me on this topic

whoever tells u dat, its completely irrelevant and makes no sense. Business administration is a branch which can be taken up by engg, meds, sc, comm or arts students.
