In good reputed companies your entry may not be manager. You may have to join at learners level under experienced managers. Designations also vary in companies. But it is sure, if you perform you may rise fast to a level of good manager.

It is a good alternative as you can then apply directly for the managerial positions. But the selection would ultimately depend upon your knowledge and the manner in which you express the same to the satidfaction of your employer.

Dear Nehal, MBA can not gaurantee that you will be manager. To be a manager one requires some experience. You may start as a trainee and after that gradually you can get progress. Good Luck.
