If going forward, you're looking to make career in research and related fields like teaching then without doubting you should go for M.Tech. But, if you are interested in marketing, sales or business development fields then definitely, you should opt for MBA. Either, you do research or go in Business related fields, both have very good career perspective in coming years as India is a developing country and you will always have good scope in these two fields. But, no good scope for MS as there is no well recognised college for it.
    I hope it helps.

You should have 55% marks in B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, Anna University
