Hii.. It depends on the institute from which the candidate has pursued MBA. It mainly ranges between 3-5lacs as a fresher passing out from A++ b-school.It includes the basic + travelling allowances. Good institute in Pune is Kirloskar Institute of Management ( 2 campuses ). Regards, Ankita
