MBA, MCA MS. Which is better?
I have completed by BCS and now completed 1year in IT as junior software associate. I am confused what should be done further. Shall I go for certifications and continue my job or shall I go for post graduation. And if PG then which is better, and shall I resign or do it external?

Keeping the placement opportunities in consideration MBA may be the best choice if done from a reputed B-School. The placement statistics of top B-Schools are very high (Above 95%) in comparison to other courses you asked.
