Hi
If you pursue MBA you can get into management side of organization in your own stream i.e Technical or banking etc. If you pursue M.S ,it will boost your chance of growth in your own stream. So if you like to get into management side of organization go for MBA or you like to grow in technical

MS is for continue your current field , and MBA is for go in management line , for take admission in top MBA college give CAT or MAT test
