I have studied science in XII with 64 %, had to repeat my 1st year in engineering due to poor performance in final exams, and in 2nd year also failed in 2 papers, however 3rd and 4th years were good. I have been working as welding engineer in Welspun Corp ltd for last 4.5 yrs with good performance.

Dear Ashraf,
To be honest, in order to climb the corporate ladder, it ha become essential to posses a Masters degree (Be it ME/ M.Tech or MBA).
If you are interested in the technical field, then you can go ahead with ME/ M.Tech, and if you are interested in the management side, then opt for MBA.
