Hi,
PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes, whereas MBA degree is offered by universities.
The course curriculum of both these course is almost similar.
While pursuing these course your emphasis should be more on getting admission in good universities or institutes.

no both r differ MBA is a degrre and PGDM is only a diploma ..but both are related to same field.
