An MBA degree adds value to the profile of technical graduates, whereas, a PGDM adds an aspect of creativity and innovation in the minds of the pursuer.

MBA is a degree offered by Universities, whereas PGDM is a Diploma course offered by individual institutes. MBA syllabus will be changed once in 4 to 5 years, whereas PGDM syllabus will be changed every year, to make you ready for the Industry standards. So, most of the companies especially MNC's will prefer PGDM graduates over MBA graduates. -
