As far as I know you have to have any score card. either entrance exam of college or. i m not sure. there is some procedure. Its better if u visit campus and make it confirm by urself.

Yes sagarika.you can get financial assistance and a good study environment as well. There are colleges which dont ask for score cards at admission time.
