i have 4yrs of experience in software industry, i want to MBA, please suggest me which one is better,- -Executive MBA or Distance MBA

definitely executive MBA is better, but most of the top rung colleges ask for a minimum of 5 years of experience for admission. The best institutes for executive MBA are IIMs, XLRI, SPJain, NMIMS, MDI, SIBM, IITs, Great lakes etc.
for distance education, you can opt for NMIMS, IMT-CDL, SCDl, SMU-DE
