No it is not valid , you can do executive MBA in one year and for this you need more tah 3 year work experience

One year MBA programme is not validated by UGC. If you are planning to work in private sector. Then it will be alright to do Executive MBA which is of one year duration.

-One should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% of marks.
-Relaxation is there in percentage of marks upto 5% for the candidates of SC/ST category.
