MBA specialization and Job profile Post MBA

I'm 26 Y, BE EEE 4 year exp as Power plant engg consultant. I'm not happy with the career growth so decided to do MBA. Now finding it difficult to choose the MBA specialization and type of job to target after MBA,my concern is I dont want to do MBA with out clear goal and struggle again.
