To be eligible for Executive MBA from a reputed institute, you need to have atleast 3 years of work-experience. SIBM asks for 3 years work-ex, IIMs ask for a minimum of 7 years work-experience etc.
    Order of priority should be
    1. Executive MBA
    2. Part-time MBA
    3. Distance MBA

Generally Part time MBA colleges require 3 - 5 years of experience. I think you need to gain tleast 2 more years of exp.
