MBBS in Russia cost around 12 Lakhs and seats are easily available. However there are several complaints about quality of such education in China and Russia, kindly make proper inquiry and then decide.

You can do in china in Dallian medical college. total cost will be only 15 lacs. youc an do your internership in India.It is approved by Indian medical council

The Russian medical degrees courses have topped WHO and UNESCO rankings. MD Degree in Russia is considered equivalent to MBBS degree in Russia. You can opt to study in English medium or Russian medium (for the latter, you will need to undergo one-year language course).
