Mbbs is free in IRELAND?and if so than wat r requirements?

I am RIDA FATIMA.and i achived 88% markx in matriculation and in 11th grade i securd 85% marks.now i am in 12th grade.further i want to do mbbs in ireland or in any country wid no tuition fee.in English?ix mbbs free in ireland and requirements?
