MCA graduate unemployed want to start career please help

2004 passed out now working in an online firm as HRD want to start career in IT field,have to do any course please give me a suggestion

great you have pass mca . need not to worry . you know there is difference between job and career .m you should plan your career at this stage . that is your question .pl feel free to think it over and decide here are some point for your career after mca . there are two career one as software
