MCA or MSc IT? Which is better in terms of getting a good job?

I want to do Msc IT cos its shorter than MCA... Can anybody show me the difference between MCA and Msc IT?

i think MCA, bcoz its it equivavelent to BTECH

msc it it gives you a vast knowledge where as mca is longer course as well as doesnot focuss on a single software
