@ saif khan, i think you are asking abt UPSEE, if so , then answer is being from MP you can't write UPSEE as per this year rules. But if you appear for AIEEE then you can apply for UPSEE counselling via AIEEE rank.... so do appear for AIEEE if wanna get in UPSEE colleges.

Except NDA And SCRA . you are not Eligible for any UPSE Exam After 12th.
