Mechanical engg, 3rd yr btech from JUET. Not very good cgpa, only 60%. What courses to persue in mech. field to improve future?

I'll have to persue further education to get the standard of life I want for myself. I'm ready to work hard. Suggest me some courses in my field that I can persue. Want to start preparing from now on as I will have one full year of preparation time, apart from my Btech studues. Thanks in advance!
