Medical fitness for AFCAT. My one ear is not working in normal frequency range from last 16 year. Should I apply for AFCAT.

I am partial deaf, my right ear is not working from 16 year due to some problem in inner ear. I have a good score in B.Tech (mechanical), 12th and 10th. Should I apply for AFCAT2020.
