Dear Rohit,
After completing BCA, MCA is the most suitable and best option. But as you have mentioned in your question as you don't want to do MCA, you can do M.Tech, MBA (IT), MSc. IT. But from which university you want do ? This is the most important question. Reply me so that I can advise you.
