    Hi Manpreet
Well Most of BCA students have this problem. .Programing is a new language for someone. .its hard to understand and we also have to take care of other subjects and maths also. .so don't worry. .continue your study in MCA and believe me with little more time invest you will learn it. .
I won't suggest you to do MBA after BCA . .You will not get any advantage of your BCA degree. .If you wanna do MBA then do it after MCA. .
Don't be confuse . .say "ALL IS WELL". . :)
Take it as an opinion. .
    Good Luck. .

If you are not good in programming, it is better to go for MBA-IT. Best options for MBA-IT are IIM Calcutta, IIM Bangalore, SCIT, Amity etc
