MET/MUOET exam going to be in two phases, I want to give 2nd phase exam directly without giving 1st, how could I do that?

I have been register already and paid fees too, (Before 31st march) but not booked slot yet, i don't want to give 1st phase exam which will be in April, because of lockdowm and covid, (exam center is in other city). So, i want to give 2nd phase exam of MET/MUOET, which in june. Without paying again.
