MGU meghalaya is a private university and as per UGC norms and rule, A private university can not open its study center outside its state?
MGU meghalaya is offering courses in Delhi and other states. It has its coordinating office in Delhi. is it legal or illegal? If illegal then why UGC does not take any strict action against university for destroying students future?
