MHA colleges in India both Govt. and private

I am BCA graduate,but after one year of counseling and discussion i want to join a management course. Please suggest me what would be a better option MHA or MBA. I really want to pursue my further studies in MHA (if that is ok). Please suggest me some good MHA Colleges.
