Microsoft Certification MCPD after HSC ?

Hello I have completed my HSC few years ago and left studies Currently doing job in private firm (which is useless) I want to do Microsoft Certification exams specially "MCPD" Can I do this now, with just HSC Certificate? Does it requires any Professional Work Experience (because I dont have any) ?
