Dear Sagar,
the eligibilty criteria to get admission in B.Tech is that you should have 50% in 12th Standard with Mathematics and Phyics as a compulsory subject

The min eligibility for bechlor course is 45%
it depends on universities, they can increase the eligibility criteria.
