Mission and Vision of an Institute
Almost all institutes and colleges include their vision and mission in their brochure and exhibit statements inside their campus. Will such exhibits motivate their employees? How and Why?

I do agree with @||Pooja Kohli|| it looks like Mission Critical or Mission Impossible, as far as Vision is concerned that has been focused on how many ways money can be earned from the students. Whatever one student will have to take them from the institute collegeonly.

Although, it is not wrong to say that it does motivates the employees or students but how many of the institutes actually follow their mission or vision that is the question which arises...

There will be a general feeling that some thing is there to be accompalished. This motivates every body. Am I right?

also it helps the students to relate and understand the present environment in these institutes. It definitely help to a small extent.
