MNC do not shortlist my profile easily.
I have 13 year of experience. And working in MNC. I did DOEACC O/A/B Level fulltime and BCA from IGNOU. My worry is that many MNC do not shortlist my profile based on my qualification. Now what can I do to rectify it?
