    Hi,
This is very interesting question. Out of my experience and knowledge, I would advise startups are good if you want to learn, research and get experienced as a domain expert. Startups always help someone to know technology and its applications are deeper than MNCs in your early days. You can explore your knowledge and relate your learning in engineering with production in reality. Whereas in MNCs, you probably won't get this scope because it's limited to certain area.
However, Brand is very important in life and MNC can provide this only. To answer short and to the point if you have an opportunity to work with MNC then grab this off

    Hello,
There are pros and cons in both the places.
Cons of Working in a Start Up:
-You have to do a lot of work.
-You will do a lot of work, you may not be appreciated for it and still more work will be pending.
-Your boss will get angry at you because he is under a lot of stress himself. Mostly, your boss will be a co-founder.
-The startup may fail and you will lose your job.
Having said the above things, there are a lot of benefits to working in a startup.
Imagine if India was a rich country, the rupee is 10 rupees per dollar. There is no outsourcing of jobs to India. The whole MNC industry wouldn't exist.
No matter how much experience you

MNCs are always regarded as the mecca for a great career as the brand name imposes good weightage on your resume and helps build up your career path for next jobs.
Conversely, startups have shown exponential growth curves and promise lucrative packages which make them luring for students, the growth rate and promotion are impeccable and so is the exposure and culture.
But what we miss out on is a bigger picture, where the job security is low and risk is high at startups and due to changing landscapes layoffs have become a common trend due to a cash crunch.
MNCs too make job redundant but they use bell curves and gift severance packages to

Both the sides have their own pros and cons. It is up to you which one you prefer.
    Benefits of working at MNCs:
Stability: Startups usually lose a lot of money as they build market share (buying customers). At some point, the cash will run out. Most startups fail.
Benefits: Most of the established companies have robust benefits (retirement plan, medical, long-term disability, group life, etc.). Startups might not have the cash flow to offer these benefits.
Work-life balance: Working at a startup generally requires long hours as the company is trying to get off the ground. This can put a strain on family life. Most of the established compa

It truly depends on one's aspirations. What one expect from his or her life and what one's goals are.
Basically, nowadays, a new startup requires a lot of strategy buildup, sacrifice and sometimes a large sponsorship and fundings and most importantly a great idea to be implemented.
After going through all the above-mentioned criteria one has to open a startup which in all never guarantees you with a definite income as well as growth.
Though, on the other side, it is a chance of limitless possibilities, income, and growth.
When talking about a multinational corporation provides with much facilities, high scale salary, and privileges though
