Most of the colleges claim 100% placement how far is it true?

    This is not always the truth. A lot of top colleges do offer 100% placements, however others don't even claim for 100% placements. They claim 100% "placement assistance", which doesn't mean that they'll get you placed. This typically means that they'll get you to interview with a couple of firms. Now it is completely on the student to convert that interview.

    It mostly depends upon the university we choose, as the university deals with industries, the respond to it. and we cannot assure 100% because there might be 50 openings and 40 students may turn up for the interview and others may opt for entrepreneurship or some other. so it can be around 60% or 70% sure.

    Hi,
    I think its true. I have heard top MBA colleges like Welingkar have very good placement records. However, I feel it also depends on an individual's caliber. Are you planning to do your MBA any time soon?

    Most of cases its true if college is ranked in top 50 in India for mba
