MS from US or Canada

My son has taken GRE (1260) and Toefl (105) and wishes to do MS from US or Canada. In present scenerio what will be better for him.He has done BE(E&C) from MIT Pune (Pune University). Aggregate percentage 58.5% and granted a First Class Degree in 2010. Will he be eligible for scholarship?

    MS degree from US university is certainly more valuable, because a degree form US university is accepted world wide, there are many universities in US which offers MS course in various fields like science, engineering, management.
