ms in biomedical engineering from germany

hi, i am sandhya. i am currently in the 4th year. my cgpa till 3rd year is 7.4. i also took up ielts and got a bandscore of 7. i got 85% in 10th and 59% in 12th. i want to pursue ms in biomedical engg from germany. is it possible for me to get into the TU9 universities with this qualification?
